Ali Rafiei started her cultural and artistic activity in 1381 by participating in the "Oxygen" program.This was his first step in visual work, which led to acting in serials during the same years in the following stations.
Acting in the television series "Khoone 6 Dar" in 1382 and playing a role in the series "Yeki bood Yeki nabood" in 1383 were his next steps in the valley of culture and art.
After these two appearances in the picture arena, Ali Rafiei went behind the camera to have the worlds beyond the picture in his experiences.
During this period, he was present in various businesses in the I.T market, working in various fields of tourism and dealing with his academic expertise, namely architecture and interior decoration in the following years of the 80s.
"Secretary of the Isfahan Province Tourism Association" and receiving an A degree in the field of "Hotel Management from Austria Module" was the end of this decade for Rafiei.
